Stephen took over as Managing Director of Green Property Plc in 1993 and took the Company private in 2002. He is Chairman of Green Property Ventures and is also Chairman of its sister companies & affiliates.
Pat, previously European Board Director of CB Richard Ellis, joined Green Property Ventures in 2009 and is also MD of its sister and affiliated companies.
Mark trained and worked with KPMG Dublin and joined Green Property Plc from ESB International, as Finance Director, in 2002. He is Finance Director of Green Property Ventures and is also FD of its sister companies and affiliates.
Jim joined Green Property Ltd in 1980 and was appointed Operations Director in 1983. He is Director of Green Property Ventures and is also a Director of its sister companies & affiliates.
Paul joined Green Property Plc in early 2000. Prior to joining Green he held executive board positions with CBRE Ireland and with the development subsidiary of McInerney Holdings plc. He is Director of Green Property Ventures and is also a Director of its sister companies & affiliates.
Mike joined Green Property Plc in 1996 to establish a UK development portfolio. From 2003-2006 he was Director of Miller Development responsible for UK and European Investment. He is now a Director of Green Property Ventures and heads up UK operations.
Bruce joined Bank of Scotland in 1990 from Ferranti Plc, and in 1998 formed the Bank's Joint Ventures team, and in 2002 Uberior Ventures Ltd. He became a non executive Director of Green Property Ltd in 2005 following its privatisation. Bruce is a member of the British Property Federation Policy Committee.
Tom joined Green Property Plc in 1998 and previously was a Building Surveyor & Project Management Partner at St Quintin. Prior to rejoining Green Property Ventures as Development Director (UK) he was Managing Director of Grafton Projects.
Ronan was a Board Director of CBRE for 13 years, and prior to that was Vice President of Equis Corporation in San Francisco, California. Ronan joined Green Property Ventures in 2011.
Pat joined Green Property Management in 2010 as a senior asset manager. Prior to this he held a senior position with Irish Life and was Managing Director of the Dutch owned subsidiary BAM Property Developments. Pat became a Director of Green Property Ventures in 2011.
Caroline has worked for CBRE for the past 8 years, specialising in Central London retail investment, having previously undertaken Portfolio Valuations for some of the UK's leading institutions. Caroline joined Green Property Ventures in late 2011.
Conor joined Green Property Plc in 1994 and specialises in the areas of planning & development. He is an associate director of Green Property Management Ltd, and of Green Property Ventures.
John joined Green Property Plc in 1998 and has 25 years of related construction experience, with particular emphasis on procurement, contracts and value engineering. He is an associate director of Green Property Management Ltd, and of Green Property Ventures.
Roger joined Green Property Plc in 2001 as Project Manager, with 20 years of direct contracting experience. He is an associate director of Green Property Management Ltd, and of Green Property Ventures.
Gill previously worked as an Asset Manager at Land Securities, and prior to that Cushman & Wakefield, specialising in the Central London market. Gill joined Green Property (UK) Ltd in 2008.
Pierce joined Green Property Management in 2009. Pierce previously worked for KPMG Corporate Finance where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2006.
Gemma joined Green Property Management in 2007 to work in the finance team, having previously trained and qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG.
